1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for most retail orders across India. COD is not available for international or custom orders.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 days in Gujarat, 4–7 days in other parts of India, and 5–10 days in Nepal (depending on customs).
3. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for defective, wrong, or damaged items. Sale and custom-made items are non-returnable.
4. What are your payment options?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfer, COD (India only), and bank wire for international bulk orders.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship retail orders within India and Nepal. International bulk orders can be arranged upon request via bank transfer.
