Cancellation & Returns
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at sales@pntextiles.com or call us on +91 97256 37332.
After shipment, the order cannot be cancelled. In case of any urgent concerns, reach out to us for assistance.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Major size mismatch (for ready-made products)
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Custom orders, made-to-measure outfits, and products on clearance/sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@pntextiles.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. We will verify and approve eligible returns.
3. You will need to send the product to our Surat address at your own shipping cost.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7 business days.
